Old people should retire because they have worked hard for so many years and should take a rest. After retirement, they can live on their pension and can enjoy their retirement life traveling or taking care of their grandchildren.
Old people should retire because it helps to solve the unemployment problem of the society by allowing more young people to join the workforce.
