Taicang Sub-branch Manager (Designate)

Location: Taicang Suzhou

Job Duties:

1、 To contribute to the growth of Sub-branch’s business, which is corporate-banking focused, to maximize profitability and cross-sell other Group members’ product/services

2、 To build an efficient operation with high-service standards and well-trained staff

3、 To safeguard the Bank from potential losses

4、To implement the Group compliance policy locally

5、To contribute to the good image of the Bank

6、 To manage the operational risks and reduce the level of operational risk losses and protect the Bank from foreseeable future losses

Job Requirements:

1、University graduate or above with 5+ years of financial services experience, preferably in a corporate banking environment

2、General understanding of the banking industry to be acquired from at least 4 years of general banking experience

3、Competence in credit analysis to be acquired from at least 3 years of experience in credit

4、Managerial experience of at least 2 years

5、Good communication, presentation and influencing skills

6、Good command of written and spoken English
